Where learning and fun become one.

We have 2 different programs for our students:  Child’s Morning Out and Preschool.

Our Programs

Child's Morning Out offers a program of story time, music, snack, outdoor play and free play.

Your child should be at least 1 year old and no more than 3 years old by September 30 for our Child’s Morning Out program. 

We offer a 2-day program at this age, either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, or you can register for 4 days (both 2-day programs). 

We do not require that the children in this program be toilet trained, and will work with your 2 year old on toilet training, whenever you notify us that you’ve begun training at home.

Child’s Morning Out

In our Preschool, your child will experience a strong academic curriculum combined with creative play, music, outdoor play, individual instruction, on-site field trips and numerous other activities coordinated with the age of your child.

Your child should be at least 3 years old by August 31, for our Preschool Program.  All preschool children should be toilet trained. 

We offer a 3-day and a 4-day program at this age.  We also offer optional Fridays during the school year.

 

Preschool

SPECIAL OBJECTIVES FOR EACH AREA OF DEVELOPMENT

1.     Social

        a) grow in ability to work and play with others

        b) grow in attitude of courtesy and kindness in relationship with others

2.     Emotional

        a) to be able to leave home and  maintain a feeling of security while  away

        b) learn to take care of own materials  and develop respect for property of  others

        c) develop positive self-concept

3.     Academic

        a) develop basic readiness concepts in     math, language arts, science and       social studies

        b) encourage curiosity

4.     Physical

        a) learn good health habits

        b) develop coordination

5.     Spiritual

Though the Bible is not taught as part of our daily program, we want to teach by Christian example.  The children will be exposed to Bible stories at the time of religious holidays and a short prayer will precede our snack each day.
